Individual Treatment
Adults can participate in treatment to address a minor life concern, behavioral issue, mood issue, substance use issue, and beyond. We do not specialize in working with youth.
Telehealth Services
Telehealth is the process of receiving treatment by video or phone. This increases the flexibility of accessing services due to transportation issues, busy schedules, weather, etc.
Couples Counseling
Couples are people in a committed relationship who are struggling with an issue or several issues that are effecting the health of the relationship.
